After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please check and contact us in case of any wrong details that need to be corrected. İstanbul Vip Airport Transfers cannot be held responsible for service errors caused by incorrect information given at the time of booking.

After completing the passport control process and receiving your luggage, please check if your name is written on the sign at the arrivals exit. If for some reason you cannot find your name, call our Operations Director +90 (540) 540 060 44 44 while you are leaving.

If your flight is delayed, early or cancelled, please call the phone number on your reservation slip. If you are traveling on a connecting flight and the first flight is delayed, early or cancelled, you must provide your new arrival information so that we are notified and can reschedule your transportation. Failure to notify canceled or rescheduled flights may result in transportation being provided according to the original details in the reservation. In this case, Vip Airport Transfer cannot be held responsible and no refund will be made.

If you miss your flight, you must call the phone number shown on your booking receipt and let us know. In this case, if you made the payment by credit card, you can secure that service for use at another date or request a full refund.

You can cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before the transfer time by sending an e-mail to info@istanbulvipairporttransfer.com. If the transfer is paid in advance via PayPal, your payment will be refunded without penalty. If cancellation is made less than 4 hours before your transfer time, no refund will be made.

Yes. Please inform us in advance off the number off pickup/drop off locations and the exact addresses. Accordingly, an additional fee will be applied.
