2. Information regarding the use of your personal information by SARE TRAVEL LTD.ŞTİ, your promotional e-mails, offer tracking and special offer e-mails will then be shared with you.
Cookies: We may use cookies and other technologies to facilitate your use of services offered on the website or email communications. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
Descriptions:
Booking means the booking of a Trip forming part of the Services.
You means a Booker.
Driver means the person (or persons) assigned by the Transportation Service Provider.
Drop-off point refers to the location specified in the Booking from which Passengers will travel
Meeting point means the starting point of the service accepted by the passenger.
Meeting time is the local time at which the Customer agrees to meet the Vehicle and Driver (local time is used at the Pickup Location).
Travel means travel between the Meeting Location and the Drop Off Point as agreed upon in the Booking. Includes subsequent additional and/or modified journeys agreed between Passenger and Driver or Transport Service Provider (as appropriate)
Cancel:
1. Depending on the identity of the relevant Transport Service Provider, you may cancel a reservation from 2 (two) to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the pick-up time.
2. You may cancel a booking by (i) phoning the SARE TRAVEL LTD.ŞTİ Customer Support Team and verbally confirming the cancellation in that phone call, or (ii) using the online cancellation process on the Website.
3. If a booking is canceled by you after the applicable time stated above, the full booking fee will be charged regardless of whether travel is made or not. We have the right to cancel a booking with limited or urgent notice in any circumstances, including but not limited to the insolvency of a Transport Service Provider. Where we cancel due to problems with the Transport Service Provider and/or the relevant vehicle to be used for the journey, we will use reasonable efforts to supply an alternative vehicle but during peak periods it may not be possible to request it. If we notify you that the reservation has been canceled 48 hours or less before the pick-up time, you will receive a refund of all monies previously paid by you in relation to the reservation.
Refund/Return policy
1. If the Vehicle and Driver are not at the Pickup Location at the Pickup Time or the Trip is not completed as agreed in relation to the Booking (unless it is a result of a Force Majeure Event and is not caused by you or any Passenger to be completed), you may apply for a refund.
2. To be eligible for a refund, you and/or Passengers (as applicable) must comply with your obligations set out in the Terms.
3. To request a refund, you must write to us at info@istanbulvipairporttransfer.com with an email address, the Booking details and full details provided in the confirmation email and/or confirmation text and the circumstances leading to the refund request within 14 hours.
4. We will process all refund requests without unreasonable delay, but reserve the right to fully investigate the circumstances and correspond with the Transport Service Provider. Therefore, it may take up to fourteen (14) business days for your refund request to be processed, especially if different time zones and business hours are involved.
5. If your return request is accepted, it will take up to three business days for the refund to be processed.
6. SARE TRAVEL LTD.ŞTİ is not obliged to process any refund request that is not made in writing to info@istanbulvipairporttransfer.com within 14 days of the Pickup Time.
